Flexible Examination Process and Key Requirements

Experience the convenience of online proctoring. This product includes everything necessary for taking the exam, except the online course. To successfully complete your proctored exam, ensure you have a working computer (PC or Mac), a webcam, and microphone in a suitable location. Please note that mobile phones, tablets, and Chromebook devices are NOT supported.

Following your purchase, you’ll receive an email from Wright Food Training containing your Exam Access Code along with detailed instructions to ensure a smooth and hassle-free examination experience. Policy Guidelines and Exam Retesting Information

Keep in mind that this product is non-refundable. If you don’t pass your exam, you’ll need to purchase another exam access code to retake the test. Our retesting policy allows an examinee to retake the exam twice within a 30-day period. Should additional attempts be necessary, a 60-day waiting period applies after the second attempt, with a maximum of four attempts allowed within a 12-month period.

Important note: If you fail to show up for your scheduled ProctorU exam session or need to reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, a rescheduling fee will apply.
